i have a pair of kribs who laid eggs last wednsday....i saw the eggs on the wall of the cave for two days...after that i havent seen the eggs....i see the female still hanging out mostly inside of the cave and picking at the ground, which i cannot see and sometime she and the male trade off going from that cave to another and digging into the other cave....should i assume they ate the eggs??? am i supposed to be able to see the wigglers in wiggler stage??? plz help...it is the first time these two breed....the female might have breed once before....but no fry...plz help...tx

Could be wigglers they're guarding, they don't usually move them far. Watch for them to bounce off the bottom. The parents will move them again
i just looked into the cave with a flashlight and saw a little one dart when he saw the light.....i'm very happy....do you think its safe to do a water change without scaring the parents into eating the fry?
You may want to wait a few days & only do small WCs. Be prepared to get bitten, lol, kribs are pretty defensive.
Watch the male, they "forget" to spit the fry after a couple weeks & may need to be moved. Females usually are ready to breed again in 3-4 weeks if kept with the fry, sooner if she's removed.
Don't worry if not all fry survive, kribs breed like rabbits, you'll soon have more unless you separate the sexes.
