yea if they pair up, if you get two males one will beat up the other one until he hides all day or dies. And if you want to get other fish try to avoid bottom fish. Stick with small tetras/barbs. My cories do fine with the krib parents but still get beat up pretty good because cories are always swimming the bottom into the kribs territory and it's a 55. I'd hate to see them in a 20long.
kribs get to be 4 inches for males and females a little smaller females will have a red to purple cherry spot on the belly and are excellent breeders and defenders of fry they are west african cichlids from experience they do well with a target fish so that they dont take territory issues with each other choose something fast like danios
