We are moving from KY to Indiana and are going to the country we plan to have a house that is already built with a huge basement..
This is our first starter house as home owners so when we do sell i can make some money off of it after i am done with the upgrades but we have a couple more years here well until my daughter is old enough to know better..
We got this house as a deal the old lady wanted out of this part of town and sold real fast well its a redneck area in KY and the lady was a city girl and i believe race had a factor in it as well but she sold to get out plus she gave us money for some fix ups so first house sold under the value gave us money we didnt have to pay closing and down payments due to being 100,000 family to go thru our realtor as long as we live here for 5 yrs and its been almost 7 yrs so we are golden man..
