Alright everyone have,nt been on for a while so hope you are all ok. All i want to know is can you use the lava rock i use in my koi pond filters for a marine tank mixed with live rock. Thanks:):):):)

I'm thinking yes, lava rock(the rough kind) is a good bacterial media, so it is beneficial.
 
I would not re-use Lava rock from your Koi pond filter. New--OK.
