Leaky Aquaclear filters

Is anyone else having the leak problem with the AC 70 filters? Mine seem to leak a lot and it's really getting frustrating. Any suggestions for a better filter?
What filter have you had the best experience with?

Where is it leaking? I have multiple AC filters running without any issues, they are my favorite HOB.

Is the motor Assembly tight on the filter, thats about the only place it could leak........:idea:

Where is it leaking? I have multiple AC filters running without any issues, they are my favorite HOB.

I have two and both seem to leak from the bottom. I'll tilt them or re-adjust them on the back of the tank and both will run fine without leaking for awhile. I'll check the motor opening to see if it's tight enough. Other than that, I really don't have any problem with them.

The rubber o-ring on the motor that seals the filter sometimes wears out and can crack and break resulting in leaks.
