Interbreeding is possible but not likely. If you were specifically trying to, you could but if you aren't trying, it won't happen. On the off chance it did, the fry would be infertile so they wouldn't mess up your population.
I think there are some males, but it's a bit hard to tell. They are small and I'm not familiar with the species. I think there is at least one male (I think I see a gonopodium). When I talked to Paul Sachs he told me the lots are mixed gender.
