Leech or planaria?

I believe we did! I got mine from feeding live black worms from a lfs to an African dwarf frog we had.If I am not mistaken we had this same problem around the same time
In a total freak-out moment, I turned everything in my tank upside-down, but found no huge, hidden population of them.
I'm going to eat turkey now. A day talking about worms and leeches isn't going to make dinner easy.

I never had a huge population of them either. I think I found about 5 or 6 of them at once and no more than a total of a dozen. It was enough for me to say that had to GO!

Oh, I'm pretty sure it's planaria now. I took a good look at a big one and spotted the eyes.
