Lemon Tetras...

Hmmm... throw in the Gouramis with the Platy duo, and the Lemons would be OK.
My experience with Gouramis over the years has been that they don't play well with others. Dwarf Gouramis are OK in a community setting, but I will never put another 3 Spot of any color morph in a tank with smaller fish.
How about:
- M/F Platy duo
- Gouramis
+ 1 Dwarf Gourami
+ 4 Lemon Tetras

I Really don't want to get rid of my gouramis, i love them so much!! What about if i get rid of my harlequins and platys and add 5 lemons?

How long till the 100g tank you mention in your sig comes your way? You could move them to that...
One reason for putting the Gouramis on the hit list was that they need a bigger tank than a 15g.

your three spots will get too big for your tank, and the cat may too. get rid of those and you will be at safe levels to get more fish. I know you love them, but please, do what is right.
3 spots get pretty big. 15 gallons is too small for 2 alone, not to mention your other fish. Having them in a biorb is even worse due to the shape of the tank. I wouldn't be suprised if your 3 spots are stunted at this point. I won't even mention the aggression issues. Trust me, they will get nasty.
