Lesson learned: Check thoroughly before doing something.

Well, I removed the large rocks out of my goldfish tank two weeks ago because they look clashing to the way my goldies look. I was baffled why I was one nerite snail short or thought I did anyway. Tonight, I moved the rocks to another container and saw at the bottom of my 40g bucket a black object. Eek! The nerite has been staying on a small puddle of water to keep itself alive. I felt sorry for him and placed him in the snail tank after that. That was close.:headshake2:
