I dont even live there, and i would say no too...this is your countries anthem, designed and written about the whole the country...National anthems should never be changed for any reason in my opinion..

There's always a national anthem and then a de facto national anthem, I reckon, as long as the first one is preserved for integrity you can go nuts on the second.

de facto anthems are not national anthems in my opinion, there is only one anthem, the true national anthem for a country.
