LEVELS FINALLY RIGHT!!!

I know I'm probably not got going to be the only one who says this but my personal opinion is STAY AWAY FROM DAMSELS!! They can get really aggressive. If you really like that family of fish I'd recommend chromis they are a lot more placid but are better in groups. They also tend to stay mid to top of the tank which is another way you could plan what you're going to put in. Vary the positions the different fish prefer i.e gobies, blennies like the bottom, clowns, tangs like the middle and chromis like the top, that's how I did mine as it gives me something to look at all levels.

Just my opinion:dance2:

Keep up with the patience, you're doing fine!!

yeah that's a good idea. That's how I have always done my FW. All the different levels in the tank makes it so u always have something to look at.

Just so you know that a 20% water change will reduce your nitrates by 20%. 50% water change would reduce them in half. Its more effective to do larger water changes them smaller ones to lower levels.

Ok so here are my readings today:

Nitrates: in between 5 and 10 on the liquid testers
Nitrites 0
P.h 8.3
Ammonia 0

So I guess I'm a little closer, Right?

Renee:)

Awesome!!!:dance2:

Yeah i did the test twice to make sure that they were right. So then should i wait the week to get the clean up crew or can i get them now? My tank is really needing them!!!
