life expectancy...

I've heard many stories of up to 20 years or so, but my Blackbelt's lifespan is something around 15 years, so we'll see!
Well, so far, we've kept an Angelfish for 5+ years. He's survived for 4+ years with only one eye....and he survived move last August from VA to FL (4 days in a rubbermaid tub 
)....hopefully he'll keep going and going...
)....hopefully he'll keep going and going...My oldest is an angelfish i've had for over 5 years. Their lifespan is about 7 years.
Not sure how old the oldest cichlid is though. I'd imagine that some of the larger ones could live for 20+years
