im looking to upgrade my lights in my 75gl reef tank wich would be better the
Current USA Outer Orbit Fixture, 2x150W Metal Halide HQIs & 4X54W T5s, 48 inch
or
Coralife Aqualight Pro Metal Halide Aquarium Light Fixture, 2X150W HQI & 2X96W Compact Fluorescents, 48 inch

First one without a doubt. The T5's will out peform those CF lights anyday and last longer.

Just last week I picked up a used Coralife Aqualight Pro for my neighbors 75G tank and swapped out the 2x96w PCs with icecap ballasts and T5HO fixtures/bulbs in their place.
