do you guys think my 150 watt Mh with 15000k bulb would provide enough light to keep a clam? also i was wondering if it was enough for anemones and other light seeking inverts?

i am pretty sure it will but anyways the dimensions are 36 inches long, 18 inches wide and 18 inches deep

Depends on the clam, the higher light species would have to go toward the top of the tank, you could probably keep most anemones. What size tank is that?? Mines a 65gallon 36x18x24

Derasas and squamosas will be no problem on the sandbed. They'll get kinda big for a 36" tank though.

Maximas and croceas (what most people think of when "clams" are mentioned) should be fine a little further up in the tank.
