Can someone tell me what corals I could possibly keep with 4 T5 lights and would I be able to keep clams or would I have to go with 6 T5's?????

I have a brand new empty 90 gallon tank... I really dont know much about the lighting... The only thing I know is T5. I would like to have retro fit though... I am open for any suggestions...

I would go with 6 T5s using IceCap SLR reflectors and consider overdriving the daylight grouping with an IceCap 660 ballast. The actinic bulbs could run on just a normal T5 HO ballast, or you could overdrived them too if you like.

LOL!! I really want to but im working on a budget... i have the whole set up... cabinet and canopy reef ready and i have to look at it everyday empty... the only thing i have purchased since the initial set up is my wet dry and the overflow kit... im beginning to wonder if i could even drill 6 lights to my canopy.

6x54w with individual reflectors should fit fine over a 90.
