Lighting for 30 gallon hex??

I just got a great deal on a 30 gallon Hex. I currently have Amazon Swords, Anubias,and Anacharis.

The tank is 22 Inches deep. I was looking at this light here. It is a total of 40 Watts T 5. It comes with 1 10K bulb and one actinic. I might be able to get 2 of the 10K bulbs. I am limited to a 20 inch long light. Will it work?

Looks fine. Definitely replace the actinic.

I was curious as I would only get 1.3 watts per gallon out of it.

Its enough for the anubias and anacharis...not sure about the sword. I would have to say maybe not enough.

I found a light that isnt as strong and I think it would suite the tank well.

I currently have Amazon swords,anubias nana, anacharis. I will have water sprite,dwarf hairgrass, and wisteria.

Should I leave the actinic or will the one daylight bulb be enough? Or get another daylight bulb?
