They're all good for your requirements. I'm a bit partial to the Coralife as that is what I have and I do like the lunar lights. Having the lunar lights built in is a huge plus as you would find out after the fact if you wanted to add them later.

I'd tend to avoid lights with actinic bulbs for planted tanks. As far as I know, the plants can't make use of the light in that spectrum. Of course you can always swap the bulbs out for something in the 6500K range, unless you really want the blue look.

If you are running pressurized I would get the 2x65w Coralife from: http://hellolights.com/30aqualights.html

But foremost I would recommend purchasing AH supply kits. They are worth the extra effort. Comparing to the coralife lighting and other lighting systems these lights are the best fixtures for plants since they provide so much illumination. You can check out my experience .

These two options I would highly recommend consideration to.

If you are handy it is easy to make a decent light setup for a 29 gallon tank. I made a box that fit over the top, painted white inside. Then I added one of the 4 light bathroom vanity light setups. You have to add a plus to the end but then you have an amazing choice of screw in flourescent bulbs. I have 4 26 watt bulbs in it right now.

The AH Supply light systems are also very good and I have heard the customer service is excellent.
