Lighting, Good Deal???

I have a 29g setup and I'm getting ready to add plants. I found this on Ebay, good deal??? Going to stay with mostly low-med light plants and DIY CO2.....

Seems like a pretty good deal for $54.99 plus shipping (which is high at $16.95) $71.94...

Well, I just decided to purchase the CF retrofit kit from my LFS...I probably paid a couple of bucks more than what the other light would have cost from Big Als, but it fits my current hood and I'll be able to more easily put it in the new canopy when I get around to building it.... Not to mention, I ordered a bunch of plants that will be here in two days, so now the light is here and ready to go whenever the plants get here.... This puts me at 2.24 wpg which should be just fine with my plants and DIY CO2....Now I just need the canister filter.....Sshhhhh, I told my wife this was a cheap hobby, LOL....One of these days she'll learn not to listen to me....I told her the same thing about the sprint car now collecting dust in the garage, LOL....
