Lighting HELP!!!

I recently set up a 20 gallon saltwater tank. It has 16 pounds of live rock and is new enough that I am still cycling the water. I noticed some coral starting to grow and I have 130 Watts worth of lighting (one 65W 12000K and one 65W actinic) being delivered.
I am also thinking about buying a 75 W black light, for my coral.
Is this advisable? Is 75W too much?

The 130 watt light will be enough for a lot of different corals, although some of the more demanding species may not get enough. What kind of coral do you have?

Black light doesn't do much for your coral because the spectrum is not within the useful range for photosynthesis. In fact, the glass envelope of a black light blocks out just about any light that would be usable to the coral.

black lights look pretty sweet on stonies, and some fish. I would get it wattage won't matter as it will not help you grow anything. just run it at night as a moon light.

I don't actually know what type of coral it is, I saw it at my local pet store in an all coral tank so I assumed it was coral, it looks like a form of xenia, but I have no idea.
The only thing I am really worried about is if the 75W black light would be harmful to anything that I put in my tank.
