any lighting suggestions?
would like them by tomorrow 12pm that when i am going to go looking for one

i know

i have a 28 gallon bowfront which im going to convert sometime in the next couple months i still need to get the protein skimmers and pumps and find otu my stocklist for it

id take it back. & next time research what you need to keep the animal alive PRIOR to buying it.

hes living

he was living fine in my five gallon tank with 50 watts of light compact flourescent over him he is still liveing fine i did my research and know what will come of him he has only been without tons of light for 2 days and he still has had somehe is still out and eating clam as usual i was asking for help on a lighting system not to get complained about when you dont know what tank i have for him when he grows this was directed to beezlebob not you grins thanks for the info

you have an anemone in a 10 gal tank w/ 15 watts light?

in the next couple months while you set yp your 28 gallon, it will die.

common anem. husbandry suggest you wait a great deal of time (like a year) for your tank to establish itself before even considering adding a nem

all im saying is that the LIGHTS ARE THE LEAST OF YOUR CONCERNS BRO.

and if you think that im not going to point out that youve had it for 3 weeks, and its alreadt gone from a 5 gal, to a 10 gal, and soon to be an 28 gal(all of which i doubt have been set up more than a few weeks) im sorry, but i will indeed.

ok

no im getting the lighting today and the 5 was running 2 months before i got it im new to it i made a mistake but the lfs dosent do returns and it is doing fine and im getting a t5 HO systwm with 2 36 watt bulbs and 2 24 i think is what it said i cant remember the brand right now but i know i just started i didnt know any better i figured it wont be big for a long time which is why i am starting the setup of a 28 sorry to seem hostile i just want you to know i did my research and its setup is temporary

word.

well if your goin to be keepin him in the 10, be sure to relly monitor your parameters.

its really easy for stuff to fluctuate in a smaller tank, which is like bad for the nem mmm'kay:D

id pop the 50 watt above the ten too, for now.

then Drs foster and smith are having a deal on some stuff right now, and i saw like a 130 dual PC fixture (24") for like 115-130 bucks?

they also have tome t5s

yea

alright it is on it now it just looks kind of ghetto and the reason i get my tanks set up so fast is because my neighbor has had his tank up for like 3 years a 75 gallon reef gave me his sand his filter media his 5 gallons and now 5 more gallons to start both my tanks up i now have 16 punds of live rock and like 7 pounds of live sand and i still cycled my ten for 2 weeks with all this stuff before adding my fish or anything from the five my neighbors pretty nice ha

Yea he is. good work.

def shop around.

id say (make sure to get a 2nd opinion other than my own) is for now go around 100 watts and like 200-250gph flow in that lil tank.

should be able to keep him happy till the upgrade.
