lighting! questiion!!

ok i recently picked up a reptile light

since it can handle up to 300 watts combined.. are there any lights i can get at like home depot that are extremely bright aht will work in that and still cause my plants to grow?? what do ya guys think?

I know that Home Depot has those screw on pc lights - those should work, but not sure what the wattage is on those. I don't think you'll be able to get anywhere in the 200w area.

all lowes had was up to like 27 watts, its bright, but man is it yellow!
