lighting question

Well, if you go by the watt per gallon rule that is 130 watts of light over a 90 gallon tank. So, if my shoddy math is correct, you've got like 1 and a half watts per gallon. If that is enough or not depends on what plants you are trying to grow.

im not goin no intense jungle just a few deacent plants

Intense jungle or not doesn't really matter. It's not so much a matter of how many plants you have in the tank as what the requirements of the plants are. One low light plant or 100 low light plants is the same thing as long as the light can reach them all. More plants will not need more light. Light is not like ferts where the plants actually deplete them. With that lighting you are definately looking at low light plants. In my 90 gallon I use 4 x 32 watt overdriven bulbs and that still only puts me at medium light (approx. 210 watts).
