what would be the best light for my 90reg tank

I have a retro setup now but I need new MH bulbs and was wondering if I should change up my lighting

my retro has 2 48in flourescent 32 watt actinic's and 2 250 watt metal halides I need new bulbs all the way around and a new reflector

I dont know if I should keep this the same or change the flourescents to 55 watt PC's

or just go with a 260 watt pc setup like the coralife or jbj

any help would be great I have a few fish and angel, blue tang, and a clown that I have for 3 years I would like to add a few corals

I would definitely keep the halides if you want corals. More light per watt than any other choice. If you want to upgrade the actinics, I would go for high-output (54 watt) T5s. You get more usable light than with PCs, and it's where the technology seems to be going.

Ditto on the halides. They'll provide enough light so you really won't need to upgrade the actinic flourescents unless you want to and can afford it (if you do, I want the old ballasts!). 10,000K Halides look great IMO!
