I have two 20 watt flourecent strips over my 55 gallon tank. How many watts per gallon does that give me? Will it be enough to grow a radican sword plant?

Well actually I have been growing an amazon sword for about 6 months and it is still looking healthy. So a amazon sword WILL grow in low light but what about a radican? Thanks Charby
