Lighting upgrade for a Mimi Bow 7?

[D-DAY]

I am trying to find possible upgrades to the stock Mini Bow 7 hood. So far all I have found is a 32w, which I think will be a bit much an not to mention get very hot. I have also been looking into an 12" Aqualight, but have no idea how it is supposed to be mounted. Do the Aqualight legs work for this unit also?

Does anybody have any other options for stock DIY upgrades, or any other alternatives?

try the power compact screw in light bulbs i have seen them in as low as 14w and as high as 27w. you can pick them up at almost any store. i always seem them at walmart and home depot.
