Adding Co2 to any setup is a good thing, even if the lighting is low. Adding fertilizer or increasing the dosing presently, I agree would not be very wise.
Agreed. CO2 is almost always a good thing, but not always necessary. Just trying to save some unneeded hassle. Plus they're dosing Excel, which should cover most of their Carbon requirements.
