Lights?

with three lights as an option, I'd go for 2X 10k lights and 1X attinic.

keep in mind, the lower your kelvin, the yellower the light, but the better for coral growth. The higher the K, the whiter/bluer the light is, nicer to look at, but not as beneficial for your corals.

I think 2 10ks and 1 attinic would be a good balance

I would try an aquablue plus instead of the actinic white. And the UVL 14K is more of a 420 nm actinic.

ATI's Aquablue Special is a great daylight bulb, as is GE's 6500K bulb. IMHO, the latter washes things out a bit less. The ATI Blue Plus bulb is also a great blue bulb, with plenty of intensity (it isn't an actinic, though).

Those bulbs are roughly the same in terms of intensity (with the GE bulb being the brightest). It would really depend upon what kind of coloration you'd want. If you don't mind bluer tanks, then the 2 B+ and one Aquablue or GE would work great. Or, if you prefer a whiter look (but you'll lose some of the green coloration in corals), then I'd use a combo of the Aquablue and GE with one B+. Again, they are all very bright bulbs, so I don't think you'll see a huge difference between them beyond coloration.
