Lights...

I'm really sorry you had a bad experience at Ecco Reef. Maybe you just caught the owner on a bad day. I have had nothing but good experience there. Chris doesn't own it anymore. Nick owns it now along with his family. Nick is quite experienced too. He did all the maintainence for Chris. Nick broke down my 55 and moved everything into my 75 for me when I moved from Holland to Zeeland. You should really give Ecco Reef another chance.
As far as Brian at VI Pets, I have to agree with you. He is a very nice kid and is quite knowledgeable. I didn't reallize he only works on Fridays. I don't go in there very often but I will definately make a point of it this next Friday.

Sounds like I'll have to give them another shot. I just hate to work with people who treat customers like that. I'd rather pay more for something and get awesome treatment then to save a couple bucks and get shafted...

However there are exceptions to the rules. Ex. I really don't like walmart, but for basic groceries I'll go there and save $50-100 a week and not get and assistance...
Sometimes its better to be left alone anyway.

Chris was a jerk to me that day, and it's not like he had any other customers, I hope it was just a bad day...

He could have been uncomfortable talking to me, some people get weirded out when they see my trech tube. If it was that I can't blame him, I'm still adjusting to it, and I've had it since the car accident in 1998...

Anyway, thanks for the advice, I'll have to try them again.
