are you sure? that sounds like alot of fish for a 24 gallon...

It's a lot of fish but the fish stay small. You could bump the number to 6 like Lupin said.

I would up the schools of tetras to six or more of each school with more being the better option. The bigger the school the more likely they will school and exhibit more of their natural behaviors.
