Search for 'EPDM liner'; that's the good stuff. There are several places online that sell it for less than 50 cents/square foot. Be sure to go to a pond-liner-calculation site to determine how much liner you need for a pond of a given size.

You can shop around on Ebay but be careful there. Watch the shipping amounts because you can get jabbed if you're not careful.
Do you have a Home Depot near you? Some HD's have the EDPM liner on the roll that they sell by the foot. Check the price as it might save you some money on shipping.

If you in the mid-west Menards carries 45 mil EDPM liners, and so does Lowes, and home depot. Call before you go, ask for the nursery. Many home improvement stores also carry the liners and kits with liners in them I beleive Beckett is one of the most popular chain store kits.
