lionfish

yeah i was reading up on the lionfish about their sting and such...and how you gottaween it over to take non live food....sounds like alot...anyone else have one of these...any experiance on them?
 
had a volitan lion once. gave it away cuz it stung me(that hurts like he**) they are messy as heck. i fed mine shrimp,squid etc. this one was "tank bred" so it didnt take muich coaxing to eat unlive food.
 
A Volitan sting is similar to a Bee sting, so if your alergic to bee stings it can be bad if you get stung, otherwise it will HURT like heck.
 
yeah i was reading about it..it says its not deadly but your still advised to go to the er
