little brown bugs?

for the past week iv been noticing little brown buys in my aquarium...i don't have a camera but they look like very short brown slightly see-throu worms. their about 4 mm long and 1mm tall..maybe is just skin shed by a worm or something. Iv never seen them move but they turn up in different spots in the tank every day

any ideas?

Do they kind of resemble sand fleas? If so they are pods and good for your tank. They'll become fish food.
