You could easly make a fuge into a pod farm. Just move some live rock into it that has a pod colony plant some algae calupera etc. They should really take off without anything to eat them you can also add a little pinch of food to encourage quicker production.

Mak, that would be the only way I'd try a Mandrin in a 30 gal. Just siphon out a pretty good dose of them every day and he should do ok. They need to be really pleantifull though in this case I'd say patience is a virtue. The only thing in your tank that might eat them is your clown and it won't eat many..
