In my experience, the non dwarf species of crayfish are more active hunters than dwarf species. Even so, I've had procambarus alleni that left all fish alone, and other P. alleni that went after everything. Tarzan, when smaller, would climb up the fake plants, and attempt to ambush fish on the way down.
