Live Food Sizes - What's right for my fish?

Okay, I'm getting a little confused by all these live food options. I can never figure out what size these guys are! Micro worms, Walter worms, banana worms, vinegar eels, flour beetles, scuds, daphnia, brine shrimp.... What are the sizes of these guys? I'm going to be getting kuhlis, neons and peacock gudgeons, what would be good for them? I know flour beetles and scuds are too big, vinegar eels and daphnia are too small. But I'm not sure on the relative sizes of the others, especially the worms.

I've been doing some research on the same issue. All of my fish are 1-4" and I'd like to cultivate some live food. So far the tentative answer seems to be white worms but I'd like to see what everyone else has to say.

White worms would be perfect. If my ember tetras can eat them, all you fish can too, and the bigger fish like my discus devour them too!

most live foods are fairly small. brine shrimp, microworms, white worms, and vinegar eels are all pretty tiny.

I feed spirulina brine shrimp. Even if its too big, the small fish rip them to shreds. Same with bloodworms.

worms. but you don't really have to worry about smaller live food because the large fish will eat them anyway but in more amounts to be satisfied. goodluck.

Yeah, I don't think there is such thing as too small, the bigger fish just eat more.

Microworm - 0.02-0.1" (.5-3mm)
Gridal worm - 0.4-0.5" (1-1.25 cm)
Walter worm - up to .05" (.13 cm)
Banana worms - less than .05" (.13cm)
Blackworms - 1-1.5" (2.5-3.8 cm)
Bloodworm - up to 15" (38.1c)
Vinegar eel - 0.4" (1 cm)
Scuds - up to 1" (2.54cm)
Drosphila (Fruit flies) - .05" -.1" (.35cm-.15cm)
Brine shrimp - .04-.4" (.1-1cm)
Daphnia - .1-.25" (.25-.64cm)
White worms - .75-1.5" (1.9-3.8)
