So I have 18 to 20 small fry, from guppies and platies. I can't really tell the difference based on the fry. They are almost two weeks old this are just a few pictures (sorry for the quality of the photo my phone doesn't have the best camera). I was also wondering if it be okay to take them out when doing a water change as I fear they might get sucked into the gravel vacuum when siphoning the substrate.
They are in a 60 gallon tank

Welcome to AC!

Instead of removing them, try vacuuming where they aren't. Then stare into the waste bucket & rescue any fry you see. Yes! It's hard to do, but easier than trying to catch all those fry...every single water change! That should be weekly or so...

Try vac'ing near the tank sides or bottom corners. I sometime put coarse mesh screening over the "business end" of the vac but yours look quite tiny. A smaller vacuum goes slower with more control but still you may suck some up. I see mostly orange fry, maybe a blue? In a white bucket they "should" be visible. Also try to vacuum along the substrate. Time for some practice!!

Thank you. My vacuum is medium size one. Yeah I'll try that. Is it best if I remove all decoration besides that plant since it the one they are in all the time.

I wouldn't remove decor unless it can trap debris inside. I answered your ich thread as best I could. If there is any ich, you need to treat all the fish! Good luck!
