Hi,

I can't decide on what kind of live rock to purchase. I want one that is very visually pleasing and that has a lot of life on it. I've heard aquacultured florida live rock is beautiful but from all the books i've read Fiji live rock is supposedly the best since it is more porous. I'm torn between the two. any opinions?

also, would it be a good idea to use different types of live rock or should I stick to one so that it's more visually pleasing? any feedback would be really helpful.

I also have a 60 gallon tank. I purchased a remora skimmer for up to 75 gallons. Is this skimmer powerful enough to handle 100lbs of live rock in my tank? thanks a bunch. :help: :help:

unless you're planning on a theme tank why not get some of both? My first tank was and is mix and match it gave me a lot more lattitude in design and a lot more small life than rock all from one source.
