Live rock ID please!!?

Hi,
i have noticed some stuff growing on my live rock....its white and look like cotton candy. here is a pic its not very good but all i could get. Does anybody know what this is.....and if it is harmful?

Look like the infamous "q-tip sponges." Harmless little filter feeders.
