Found some hitchhickers, only managed to get a picture of this green bug. The other one is a worm/caterpillar thing pout 2 inches long. This is the green bug..

the fan thing might be a feather duster
 
the first "bug" could be a nudibranch, hard to tell really from the picture...Mushroom thing, cant see what am looking for on the pic, maybe put a circle on it in ms paint....last is just a feather duster, harmless filter feeder, you will get many of them in the tank...

If the "mushroom thing" is that bit in the middle of the picture then it looks a bit like a polyp to me. (a closer shot would be better) If it is a polyp congratulations on your first soft coral:dance2:
 
#s 1 and 2 are stomatella snails(good algae eaters)
#3 looks like a zooanthid or polyp of some sort
#4 is a feather duster
all are harmless and should cause no harm unless the polyp is a aptasia pulled in but doesn't look like it
i agree on all. but im pretty sure the polyp is not aiptasia.
and yes, we would need a pic of the worm thing. there are so many different things it could be :D
