Hi all and thanks for posting...I'm in North Jersey, A cool thing happend today I was at a LFS and all they had was UC live rock and he was @ 7.99LB to make a long story short he gave me 2 1/2lbs for 10 bucks right out of one of his coral tanks with some nice life on it... But my next batch will be mail order I found a website from Tampa (a guy I used to buy from)

He is in the upper end price for Tampa but at least I know what I get.

Where I live in Aus its $15 AUD per kilo, which by my calculations translates into $5.60 USD per pound at today exchange rates... Straight from the Great Barrier Reef.

In Tennesse live rock is 6.49 to 6.99 a pound with base rock going at 1.69 a pound

Just got some LR today, it was 12.99+tax per pound at my LFS, got him to give it to me for $120 for 11.5 pounds ($10.50/pound) ordered the rest off ebay for $4 a pound lol. LR is expensive here in Canada, im in Manitoba so im no where near an ocean
