Does anyone know if this is a good place to get live rock it's only 1.99 a pound and $30 shipping up to 25 pounds up to it which is what i'm gonna get for my 29 gallon tank!-- I've heard that the website is good but idk about their rocks! Thanks!

no, ive searched and theres not really much around here sadly -- the other best thing I found was a small pet shop that sells it $7 a pound- and thats a bit out of my price range!-- Also do I need to cure this rock before putting it in my tank??? Theres nothing else in my tank other than, Live sand and the salt water.

Maybe there are local members here that know of places that can help you out.
How about looking up on google.... regional reef clubs/forums. Very helpful finding local reefers that usually are doing breakdowns of their tanks and selling off things like livestock, already cured LR and corals.
Try that first before you go spending money on having rocks shipped to you.

I live in State College PA and I have not found anywhere around me that has a reef club or anything about live rock!
