loach for snail issue...?

skunk botia work wonders for cleaning out snails. They stay small (mine are four years old and just about two inches) and they are a blast to watch. I only have two but they follow my clowns and yoyos about, making a small school. They are the most active fish in my tank. I want to get at least one more, but I can never find them at my LFS.
Skunk loaches are also incredibly slow growers so yours still have a chance to grow. 3-4 inches is the maximum size.

I would not trust skunks with several of your fish, the betta, guppies & gourami, maybe the angels. The skunks I had were very aggressive fin shredders & gill biters. Striatas & kubotai are much more mellow but long fins on slow fish might be irresistable, Kuhlis would be safe but not the best snail eaters.
Did you try the bait & remove technique to reduce the snails? Or squish a few against the glass to see if the angels will learn to eat them? I'm concerned about adding more fish, especially bottom fish, those plecs are going to get big.
