Log of using Dr. Tim's One and Only Nitrifying Bacteria

Glad the log is helpful to people. If you have any specific questions about the process I took, feel free to ask.

FEB 28 1PM

- Added 6 Kuhli Loaches. Acclimated by floating bag and adding tank water over a period of a little over an hour. They hide during the day, but I see them come out at night and they seem very healthy, just shy.

- Diamond Tetras still active and appearing healthy

MAR 1 940PM

- Water Test
Ammo = 0ppm
NitrIte = 0ppm
NitrAte = 0ppm

All fish still appear healthy and active and show no signs of disease.

Will be adding an Angel later this week or next week and possibly more Diamonds and Kuhli's.

Here are a couple more pics:

MAR 6
- Water Test
Ammo = 0ppm
NitrIte = 0ppm
NitrAte = 10ppm

Did a 40% water change after test since it had been a week since my last one. All fish seem healthy, except that one loach looks skinny, but his behavior is normal. He is being watched closely. All other fish are healthy in both color and behavior, no signs of disease.

I will likely be adding an Angel fish today and will post pics when I can.

I probably will not be adding much to this log any more unless someone has questions for me about the process I took.

Do you know if Petsmart carries Dr. Tim's?
I have enjoyed this thread, thanks!

I don't see it on their website, but you could always try calling your local store.

I bought it from Dr.'s Foster and Smith. Did 2-day shipping and altogether it ran me about $50 for two 2oz bottles shipped. A little pricey, but since it worked for me I think it was worth it.

If you don't want to pay shipping you might just try calling around to your local stores to see if anyone carries it. Or check this list (http://drtimsaquatics.com/WhereToBuy/Stores/Stores.html) on Dr. Tim's website for stores that carry it in your area. There wasn't anyone near me on the list and I hadn't seen it in any local stores so that's why I had it shipped.

Glad the log helped. If anyone has any more questions feel free to ask!
