My pleco is in the mail! woohoo!

One question- figured I'd ask here in case anyone else wants to know. Since he/she'll be pretty small- how aggressive are they about eating? Will he be able to compete with my cories and kuhlis in my 36 gallon? I could grow him out for a while in my 10 gallon if needed. Just want to make sure he gets to eat, my cories are friggin pigs (and they're aeneus and lasers, so they're close to 3")!

It's best to put him/her in the 36 gallon tank. There's no fish competing for the biofilm which is the first food of choice. And the pleco will hold his own with the other bottom feeders just fine. He'll do some bottom feeding with the cories and also clean the bits and pieces that float and land on the plants and other small spaces. I know about the cories being piggies. I've had a dozen sterbai babies growing out with the baby plecos.

Hey Deb, do you have a male for my girl ready to go?

I'll PM ya snoop!

Orders shipped this morning!

David....I'll be sitting in front of the 75G tonight with net in hand, zucchini in the front of the tank hoping I don't have to make too many surprise swoops on your little lady! It usually takes lots of swoops and misses and lots of colorful words to catch the older ones in a heavily planted tank!

Still have some available for shipping on 1/25!

These are gorgeous! I have my heart set on Calicos or Browns, but the fins on these have me seriously thinking about changing my mind!

Just beautiful!

You are KILLING me! I want one so bad!!! No room left in my tank though, and my mom will murder me if I get another.

Just a few left of the long fins. About a dozen fat sassy short fins left.
