He was wandering a few blocks from my house.. his nails are about 1/2" long and sharp(so he's probably been kept in a small cage or something),he was greasy and smells like a mixture of smoke and crap.. and you can feel every bone in his little body..

Animal control just picked him up.. he's such a sweetie, I'm sure he'll get a home as soon as he's nuetered.
Plus they are a no-kill SPCA.

He would have fit in here.. full of energy and adorable.. but he could have had any kind of disease, and I don't think we can own 5 dogs..

He was a sweetie, probably very young, after he calmed down he was very playful...
We might go see how he's doing in a couple of days, small, cute and young dogs don't last long up there ;)
