I wish mine had been half off...they're the most expensive animals in my tank! Totally worth it though

Mine too, I found a LFS where they sell them for $6, but they never have any in. So after 1 month of no bamboo shrimp, I just decided to buy them at the other LFS for $11.99. The names I know them by are Wood Shrimp, Singapore Shrimp, and the most common, Bamboo Shrimp.

they used to shoo of any fish (big or small) that came near them.

I love my bamboo shrimp. I have two a male and a female and while my reds are cute they certainly aren't as interesting as these guys! Theyre always wandering around looking for the best place to filter feed and they're so funny when they hang upside down. Good luck with em!
