Look what I saw last night

I was looking over the tank and low and behold I find this on my yellow watchman goby's face

ANyone else seen strange things like this before?

That's a small, nay, TINY, serpent starfish... You can tell it's a serpent because of the circular central disc shape with legs attached... And yes, the micro life in a sw tank is a major part of the draw they have =)

Yep its what I call a micro starfish.

I have yet to determin what type of brittle. I got many of these little dudes in my sand bed.

Its hard to get a good frame of refernce on size since the sand particles in the forground are out of focus.

There are some additional pics and a few of them have good clear focus of the sand particles.

For size refernce basicly that goby is about the size of my pinky so the brittle is about the size of the front of your pinky.
