I caught a tiny (size of a dime) Lookdown the other day and have acclimated it to one of my tanks. After 2 days it is eating and seems much more comfortable in the tank. I am feeding it brine shrimp and mysid shrimp for now. I just thought I would share a picture with anyone that was interested.

Those are adult lookdowns at our zoo. They are close to 24" in length, predatory, and are schooling fish. Hope you can accommodate this fish as it grows.

Where did you "catch" him at. I would hope you did not take this guy from the wild as that would not only be irresponsible but in most cases illegal. If you take fish from the wild without proper knowledge of the local marine ecosystem you "could" in theory do some real damage. Plus lookdowns are only like $12 at the LFS so why risk the fine if you where to get caught takeing him??
