Looking for a few things..

I am currently in the market for a filter for a 75G and a 45G,i want to over-filter them, but not too much, you know? I will also be looking for a lighting system for the 75G that will be suitable for growing plants, maybe 100-130 watts? Thanks, also if you have any suggestions for me please share, thank you!

on my 75 I have 2-24" lights with 130watts each and a 40 watt strip light
to grow decent plants you will need at least 150 watts .
