Bobby Flay is a serial flipper. Personally, I prefer using directions only for proper cooking times and winging it on the seasonings. Nothing better than taking liberties with a basic recipe.

I really really liked good eats till I saw the pad thai epsiode. If the way he butchered the crap out of that dish is any indication of the authenticity of his info, then he's lost all credibility with me.
